Purpose: The primary purpose of this site was to brand the second edition of their business book, Unleashing Excellence: The Complete Guide to Ultimate Customer Service
Design Goal: Instead of a dry, corporate approach using a conventional template, the authors sought a more creative approach that was both upscale and subtle enough to appeal to senior management at Fortune 500 companies
Client Response: “Several people were involved in the Web site project, so Amy had to juggle different opinions regarding the design.
